Beata RNR Product Co., Ltd. (abbr. RNR) is an professional supplier of high quality printable media which has more than 16 years experiences. We are very experienced of Adhesive Series.  Dot pattern acrylic solvent based adhesive,  micro-encapsulated aqueous adhesive, micro-suction aqueous adhesive, optical acrylic solvent based adhesive are our 4 main series. According to different requirement of application, we chose different substrate to combined with above 4 types adhesive.

We are proud of ourselves to offer PVC Free media in high-and-constant quality. Various printable media includes but not limited to roll up film, repositionable fabric,  dot-shaped adhesive film, resin coated photo paper, octopus micro-suction film, optical clear window sticker and so on.

 

We are very frankly and honestly to all of our clients that RNR is not a manufacturer. Based on 16 years experience of printable material, effective communication with overseas clients and the​ big support from factories, RNR is adept at products upgrade and products application innovation. RNR cooperated with 3 best factories in China, who give us the great support of competitive price, constant quality, in-time delivery, strong research and development ability.  Products were exported to Canada, New Zealand, Australia, France, Greece, Japan.

What do we offer ?

The first time to attend oversea sign exhibition was FESPA EXPO which was hold at Hamburg, Netherland in 2009. PVC Flex banner , mesh,  self-adhesive vinyl, tarpaulin were the products we exported. Thanks FESPA 2015, that is the fist time we strongly realised PVC FREE is such important in printable business field. Then we focus on PVC FREE printable materials of inkjet print, conventional print both in roll ant sheet.

 

In passed 8 years, we successfully launched micro-encapsulated adhesive repositionable wall fabric series, dot-shaped sticker series, low-tac feeling micro-suction sticker series, ultra clear forever removable window sticker series, curl-resistant double sides printable blockout polypropylene roll up film, grey back removable polypropylene sticker to replace of PVC vinly in indoor applications, cast polypropylene floor over-lamination film…

Why choose our PVC FREE products?

Polyvinyl chloride(PVC), Polyethylene terephthalate(PET), Polypropylene(PP) are the main choices of printable media based substrate. We only chose PET or PP,  or recycled PET ( made from recycled PET beverage bottles ) as a based substrate.  

Premium top coating present bright colour in wide gamut. Our unique adhesive technology offer you more choice of different removable adhesive（micro-encapsulated adhesive tech, micro-suction adhesive tech, dot-shaped adhesive tech, ultra clear adhesive ...) .  Recycle and Retac (RNR) is the target we are pursuing!

The key advantage we have is the base coating on PP and PET which is the middle layer between ink receivable coating and based raw substrate. This base coating layer, not only play the important role to ensures the top coating adhered on raw substrate firmly, and ensures removable adhesive will not peel off from raw substrate.
